The novosound Quality Road: Embarking on the Journey to Excellence

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully passed our surveillance audit for ISO9001:2015. With big thanks to our Quality Manager, Kike, for steering us through it.

The novosound quality story spans over 4 years

In 2020 we embarked on our initial ISO9001 certification and succeeded in showing that we comply with the world’s most recognised quality management system standard with a pass.

In January 2023 we successfully gained a re-certification of the ISO9001:2015 and gained an extension to the scope, for our project management processes and procedures.

Then in 2024 (January) we gained a surveillance audit pass, confirming that we are living up to our promises.

Continuously growing and evolving quality

Since 2020, ISO9001:2015 has been fully integrated into novosound, evolving to cover broader horizons and more technical ground across the organisation. This achievement reflects a strong quality culture embraced by all staff, leading to enhanced training, continuous improvements, and engagement across all departments.
