This pivotal role will ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating travel, and acting as a key liaison both internally and externally. Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with internal staff, board members, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Project Assistance: Support with special projects, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Office Support: Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks to support the executive office.
