We believe in building careers as well as homes. Through apprenticeships, graduate schemes and over 1,000 accredited training programmes every year, we're creating real pathways into the industry - from school leavers to experienced professionals.

In the last year, we created 12 new apprenticeships, supported 93 work placements and dedicated 380 hours to education and positive destinations. Our commitment to developing talent has earned us Gold Level 5% Club accreditation and the Employer of the Year (SME) title at the National Earn and Learn Awards.
